new users will be created as read only

Hi,

we recently installed a new devolutions server an migrated our data to the new instance.
Our user are connect through active directory. Now every time a new user connects he will be created as read only user.
So the users don't get the correct permission from their active directory groups. After i switch them manueally to normal user the can work, but the automatic assigned rdm licence will get lost an i need to reassign it too.

under ADMINISTRATION --> SYSTEM SETTINGS --> user template --> user type is set to user
RDM version is 2020.3.29.0 and devolutions server version is 202.3.17.0
