User Group Permissions

Add the ability to permission groups to various items in password server (vaults/folders/passwords/entries) without requiring the groups be provisioned or added to the vault first.

Today, let's say I want to do custom permissions for a vault. I have to add the rdmrole and assign it to a vault before I'm able to enumerate it for the purpose of assigning permissions. I see the benefit of Vault Assignment for general access or when using simple security and that can still be first ACL in order to even get to the vault. But once in, allow the ability to set fine-grained permissions within the vault without needing to add additional roles. It should be able to enumerate O365 in real-time during assignment. After that it persists. Perhaps you have to map to a new table for implied rdm role or something like that.
