Hi folks, I would like you to add the ability to import access credentials made in Remote Desktop Manager (.rdm). In this way, users who only use their access data could be migrated.
Hi Sirio,
Can you elaborate on your feature request? If I extrapolate a bit, I'm guessing you would like to import entries from RDM via the Password Hub's web client, is that it?
Thank you, have a good day!

Hello Mr. Morin, that's right, I have my access credentials in Remote Desktop Manager, I export all the data in .rdm and in order not to re-enter the 74 user names and password to Password Hub, I would like to import the .rdm file with the credentials.
Hi Sirio,
Can you tell me which version of Password Hub Business you are using? (2020.3.3.486 or 2.3.127.85)
Both version supports importing from a .rdm to Password Hub Business. With, 2020.3, you can use the Password Hub Importer or even connect your Hub as a data source. With 2.3, you can use a previous version of Password Hub Importer to import your entries from RDM.
Have a good day!

Hi Mr. Morin,
I am using Password Hub Personal 2020.3.2.2 for a simple and uncomplicated solution.
Hi Sirio,
In that case, I believe the simplest scenario would be to add a Password Hub Personal data source in RDM. This will allow you to import your .rdm file once connected.
Have a good day!

Hi Sirio,
From the web Interface of Hub Personal there is in Tools the Import Feature. Different format is available including a .rdm file
Hope it helps you.

What web interface are you talking about?, the application is desktop and all this is what I see, I have no way to import .rdm file

Hi Sirio,
Hub Personal's web interface is located here. It's exactly the same as the desktop version.

With that being said, you are right. The .rdm import is not currently available via the web interface nor the desktop version. I suggest you use the data source via RDM approach.
Have a good day!
