O365 sync feature request

Offer the ability to perform an O365/AzureAD sync for single user/group objects. For example, you create a new Azure group and add members, you trigger DPS to sync only that group making it faster than synching entire directory. Same idea with users. The "real-time" sync could be called whenever an add User Groups function is performed
