Comments for diagnostics logs

Becase I've so many diagnose logs and don't always have time make a ticked for issue, I would like to see small window when I hit export diagnostics menu.
In that window user will be able add some comments (or push cancel) why he did those logs and that comments will be added as separate txt file with zip logs.

Hey Kris

We're working on ideas to improve gathering diagnostics (the current "export logs" was the quickest, simplest path we could come up, but we'd like something more sophisticated.

The ability to add context or feedback is a good idea, and we'll definitely take that on board.
