When adding entries (specifically Contacts), clicking "Add" doesn't do anything and no error is given. Re-specifying the folder to create the entry in fixes the issue. This occurs about 30-40% of the time.

Are you authenticating on your DPS via RDM as well or you are only using the web interface?

I have not upgrade recently, though I see there is a new version of Devolutions Server available.
I don't have RDM, I am using the DPS only.
I am adding/editing entries using web interface, no other issues with it. DPS login is authenticated through Active Directory.

We cannot reproduce that behaviour internally.
Could you please raise the debug level with the Log Debug Information option in the Logging configuration page and then try again? Then, please verify in Reports - Data Source Logs to see if you get any relevant error messages.

Did so, but there were no messages generated. I also tried this in Firefox to make sure it wasn't browser-dependant, but same error. Also didn't see anything in the browser console logs, for what it's worth.

I have also found two different workarounds for you to be able to create Contact - Company entries.

I am sorry for that late reply regarding the fix of your issue. With DVLS release 2021.1, you will be able to add entries and having the Add button working.
If you haven't updated your DVLS instance to the latest version, we recommend following the instructions on this online help page to perform the upgrade.
