Devolutions Launcher DPS
I'm using the Devolutions Launcher to launch into the DPS and I'm getting the following error no matter which computer I try it on. The error is "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden." What is this and how do I fix it?

I am using Launcher version 2020.2.0.1 and for DPS I am seeing two versions when I open the DPS Console. In the lower left hand corner of the DPS console window it says 2020.2.10.0 and in the upper right hand corner where is says "Version" the # is 2020.2.9.0. So not sure which is the correct version of the DPS.

Thank you for your feedback.
The version in the lower left corner is the DPS Console version application. And the version in the top right corner is the DPS web application which is the web portal version.
Are you able to connect on the remote computer with a standard Microsoft RDP connection or do you get the same result?

I thought I replied to your last post but I guess it never updated on here. I am able to connect to the server where the password server is installed. I cannot launch it from there either. I get the same 403 Forbidden error.
