my waykden Server (simply version) was running fine for about a month.
Now I had to moved my Virtual Machine to another Server, and now I get this error when I connect with a client to another client.
With my web client I get this error.
Is there a way to solve that problem?

Hi Patrick,
To open a session on a private WaykDen, you have to be authenticated and you need a license attached to your user. If it was working find before, I'm pretty sure that you are logged in WaykNow (menu Options -> Connectivity -> Login). We already know that the message is not clear, but the issue here is probably the license. You didn't get any error before because we had a special offer to help enterprise after COVID19 events : https://blog.devolutions.net/2020/03/covid-19-announcing-wayk-den-including-unlimited-access-with-wayk-now-enterprise-free-for-6-months
To fix that, you have to assign a valid license to your user in the WaykDen Web UI interface. Once you are logged, there is a page "license" where you can add licenses and you can go on the user page to assign the license to the user. After that, you should be able to open a session. Let me know if it fix your issue.
If you don't have a license and you were testing our product and would like to continue your test, don't hesitate to ask for a trial license, we could provide you a trial license for a few months.

Disregard... I pasted the license in the WaykDen server... not the client itself... Pasting it in the client resolved my connection issue.

You can also put the license in Wayk Den and then assign the license to the user.
