We have a problem accessing the VAULT via webbrowser.

When trying to access the VAULT we get a popup window

Error

Cannot read property 'children' of null

DVLS.2020.1.13.0

When running the RDM client it seems to funcion OK

Could you please try to reset the DPS cache in Administration - Reset Server Cache? Please reset everything except Domain and Office365.

Could you please send me the DPS diagnostic report using the Send Diagnostic to Support from the Advanced menu of the DPS Console? Please add a reference of this forum topic in the object of the diagnostic report dialog.

As this report will create a ticket in our system, I will also send you a link to our online reservation system to book a remote session for further investigation.

@everyone, the issue was a corrupted root record of the Default vault in the database. The issue is now solved.
