show den connection to the user

one fun Idea I just came up with when switching dens around and having some WEIRD issues recently (resolved for now) was that it maybe might be a nice Idea to maybe in the client tell a user whether or not he is connected to an external den in an easy way a user can understand without having to go through settings.

basically you would set a name for your den in your den itself and if the connected den is NOT den.wayk.net it could for example say "Connected to My1s Test Den" or whatever in the status bar a bit like this.

that way people can see at one glance whether or not they are on any den and whether or not on the right one, which might help against support overhead for the end users (who sadly more often than not have no idea how this all works.)

Hello

We have something similar to this internally for development builds; we'll enable that either via a setting or an environment variable in the next release of Wayk Now. I'll post back here when there is some more information.

Thanks and kind regards,

that's nice, although probably at least for us only usable when we would go ham and can run a pre-configured and/or branded wayk installation and/or executable (which does not make the feature bad in anyway, just saying that at least in the particular usecase I run wayk usually, helping random people with usually no idea of tech over the internet, usually with no prior afiliation to us)
