some time ago, we discused about debug option turn on by default for installation from msi file...
Few days ago I installed 2020.1.5 version at one custemer, and yesterday I did have problem with connectivity to him.
Option wasn't enabled and we don't have logs from unattended service :(
Would you check again if this option is enabled by default?

It's definitely the default since at least 2019.2.0 (November 2019) - we utilize that ourselves often.
Unless it's specifically overridden by a `LoggingLevel` value in %programdata%\wayk\WaykNow.cfg, the service log will be available in %programdata%\wayk\logs\NowService.log. Note that the config file might not even exist if no custom configuration has been applied.
Is this the same customer running fsecure?
The only other reasons I can think for the log file not being present:
Can you double-check you got the proper path for the log file?
