Mouse cursor doesn't change based on context
The mouse cursor doesn't change based on what it's hovering over. For instance, over a text box (such as notepad) it should change to a text cursor or over a window edge it should change to the window resizing cursor.

I've been going through and verifying if things I've posted are fixed or not, let me know if I shouldn't.
This is still an issue in 2020.2.0.0

In fact, as we improve our release cycle, we would like to a better job following up on the forum when an issue has been fixed internally.
