What is considered a feature request?

Should I be opening feature requests for things that I want that exist in the Windows RDM client? Not asking about features for things that currently say "not supported yet" but for things like hiding the side bar or being able to move the search box.

Sure, that could help have a feel of what people actually use in RDM.
