Hello,
After upgrading to the new version, I cannot register new devices.
Wayk shows that everything is ok, but the device is not available on the dashboard
Hello
I'm sorry to hear about the issue registering machines.
Just to confirm: you are using the public Wayk Den at den.wayk.net?
It sounds like the registration is not working, although the client is telling you that the machine is registered.
Can you please capture a debug log to help us troubleshoot the issue? You can close the Wayk Now client, open cmd.exe and run:
wayk-now config loggingLevel 1
Then re-open Wayk Now and try again (and can first un-register, and then try to register again).
Finally, you can send us these two log files:
%appdata%\wayk\logs\WaykNow.log
%programdata%\wayk\logs\NowService.log
(Either by attachment here, as a PM, or to support@devolutions.net)
Thanks and kind regards,
Richard Markievicz
Hello again
Just coming back to the post to check if you are still experiencing an issue.
We have made updates to machine registration in both the Wayk Now client and the backend in the most recent release. However, after reading your post I did try and register a freshly installed Windows 10 computer on den.wayk.net and it worked ok.
So if you are still experiencing a problem, it would be greatly appreciated if you can share the debug information to help us diagnose the issue.
Thanks and kind regards,
Richard Markievicz
Hello, logs in the attachment.
WaykNow.log
NowService.log
Hello
Thanks for sending the log files.
Did you try this step? "Then re-open Wayk Now and try again (and can first un-register, and then try to register again)."
The log file seems to show a new install of Wayk Now from yesterday (26th February), and I couldn't see any attempt to register the machine with Wayk Den.
Thanks and kind regards,
Richard Markievicz
Helo, I try it now, but still nothing in dashboard..
in addition, there is another problem, sometimes I see 3 entries in the dashboard, sometimes 2, it changes when I refresh the list. The komputer28 entry appears and disappears.

Hello again
In my earlier post I mentioned two different log files - can you please send the other one also? (That's %programdata%\wayk\logs\NowService.log).
Thanks and kind regards,
