As mentionned in the other topic, it is still in our backlog. Unlike two years ago, we have a pretty strong RDM integration which can explains why the feature was prosponed for so long. With that being said, it's still something that we want to work on.

i have the same issue ... recently imported from keepass and now have "doubled" entries and want to start from the scratch!

i guess feature still in your backlog?

another way to start from the scratch?

NO i did the import with the webportal the https://portal.devolutions.com/hub-personal

Hi Michael,

You have 2 options to restart from scratch:
- Using Remote Desktop Manager that has the multi-select, you can connect it to your Hub Personal. (https://devolutions.net/remote-desktop-manager/)
- Using https://portal.devolutions.com/hub-personal, you can click on the three dots, then click on Delete. Allow a delay of 5 minutes before recreating a new one by simply going to https://hub.devolutions.com

Concerning the import, I suppose that you mean that you used the Import tools on https://hub.devolutions.com. Did you have the doubles immediately after the import?
