Dont recieve notifications when adding, editing or deleting entries

The Email notifications feature is tied to the Scheduler Service.

Could you please check on the web UI in Administration - Password Server Settings - Scheduler if the Allow notification subscription is enabled?

Does the DevolutionsSchedulerService is running in the services on the machine which DPS is hosted?

Depending on how the database connection is set in the DPS settings, if the Integrated Security option is configured, an account must be set in the Log On tab of the service. Otherwise, if the Integrated Security option is not enabled, it will use the SQL account set in the Database tab of your DPS settings.

yes, the service is running and for Logon im using an account which is sysadmin in SQL database.

Thanks! After restarting the service i get all the mails im waiting for.

Is this now solved or do i have to restart the service from time to time?

Thank you for your feedback and glad that restarting the service helped to resolve the issue.

You shouldn't have to restart the service now unless you modify something that is related to this service. The features which are depending on the service are :
- Email notifications
- Domain cache
- AzureAD cache
- Secure message
- Backup manager
