It prompts for the password but after entering it, it just goes back to the iPad Wayknow app screen. No errors displayed. I need this to work today.

Are you able to try the connection from a desktop machine, to rule out a problem with the iOS client?
Otherwise, it would be helpful if you can share the iPad logs with me.
You can open the "Settings" page by clicking the gears icon in the top-left of the main screen. Under "Advanced", adjust the logging level to "Debug" and then press "Done" on the top-left.
For the setting change to take effect, the app needs to restart. The easiest way to do that is to simply reboot your iPad. Otherwise, you can open up the multi-tasking screen (on iPhone, that's by double-tapping the home button) and "throw" the app out of the history.
Then go back into Wayk Now, and reproduce the issue. In Settings > Advanced > View Log, you should see some output, and you can use the "Share" icon to get that to us - either in the forum, by PM to me, or email to support@devolutions.net.
If you have questions or comments on that please let me know, and sorry for the inconvenience. Once we get your log file I will look into that ASAP.
