Access to Password Server Console

Access to Password Server Console

Hi there

How can I control access to the Password Server Console? I can't find any instructions in the manual. It looks like anyone with access to the server (rdp) can start the console and add new users. Is that so or did I just miss it?

Hello,

Indeed, it's not possible to enable an access control to access the console. In DPS 2019.3, which should be available at the end of the year, the physical console will no longer exist because we will use another method to deploy/update DPS. The management would be done via the web interface - https://blog.devolutions.net/2019/02/devolutions-2019-road-map

As of now, I would recommend managing the access to the entire server.
