Hi,

I am trying to provide tech support to an employee outside of our building. I was able to connect at first but after a while it becomes sluggish and it ends up not responding.
I have a log file if needed.

Hi Francisco,

I have made a special build for someone else experiencing connectivity issues, you can find the answer here:

This special option should force using a relay server. It is only meant as a temporary fix while I investigate the connectivity issues further.

Can you give me a more accurate description of the network conditions in which the problem occurred? Are you using a VPN, a corporate firewall, or anything of the sort?

Hi Francisco,

We have just released the Wayk Now 3.0 beta7 with a few connectivity fixes that may improve things in your case. I suspect some disconnection issues remain, but it should still be an improvement.

Also, if you can tell me more about the type of network environment you are using, it would help me figure out what is possibly going wrong.
