Hi,

I've started to use Wayk Now (Version 2.1.0) today, 06/15/18, and I've observed that the software has a big consume of RAM Memory.

In my case the consume is about 2GB, during a session of remote connection.

More Info:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500
Total RAM 4GB
Windows 7 Professional SP1 x64

Thank you for your attention.

When I start Wayk Now, the quantity of RAM stay stable. The problem starts when I press "Connect" and the password are required, the quantity of RAM is increased and don't stop to rise. When you cancel the connection, it stop of rising but stay in the last level reached of RAM.

Hi Guilherme,

This looks like a regression on our side causing a memory leak. We will investigate and report back when we know more.

We can confirm there is a memory leak, and it isn't restricted to Windows. Can you tell us if the problem was present before 2.1, and how long it took to reach 2GB of memory usage?

Marc, I'm a new user, my first use is with the version 2.1.

It takes about 30 minutes to reach 2GB.

Quick update on this: we have made some fixes internally and we are hoping to polish the changes for a bug fix release some time next week. We just need to go through proper testing with QA to make sure the fix doesn't break anything else.

Hi Guilherme,

We have just released 2.1.1 with multiple important bug fixes, including a fix for the memory leak you reported. It should be much better now.
