Remote Desktop Manager Crashes When Opening Wayknow Connection.

Target OS: Win10 64bit
Source OS: Win10 64bit

Wayknow Version: Latest (1.3)
Remote Desktop Manager (free) Version: 4.0.1

Wayknow downloaded, installed/run. Custom password set. Connection created in Remote Desktop Manager (free), connection started. DM immediately crashes.

Event Viewer Application Error log:

Event ID 1026: .Net Runtime
Event ID 1000: Application Error
Event ID 1001: RDM aplication, Windows Error Reporting

Hello Jason,

I tested on my side with the same config and I don't have the problem. Could you give me more details about:

Does on the target system Wayk is installed with the MSI or execute with the .exe?
Could you send me the Application of RDM in Help--> View Application Log--> Click Report and click Send to Support.
Does the issue occur if on your source computer you use Wayk Now directly or only in RDM?

Tried both the executable and installing the MSI on the target system. Crash occurs in RDM.
Error report sent.
Crash only occurs in RDM, using WaykNow after installing with the MSI on the source system works fine. RDM still crashes.

Could you try to manually install RDM?
