Unable to Create Credential Entries in PVM 9.0.0.0

None of the Credential Entry Types show available when trying to create a new Entry.

Just found that myself. That fixed it.

Could you enable this option by default? I was looking this option for few days.

We have this disabled to streamline the UI in PVM but since you've changed it, the option will be keep next time you upgrade.
