Problem with 2FA

Hi,

DVLS: 4.6.0.0
RDM: 12.6.8.0

We tried to configure 2FA with Google Authenticator. We noticed that it's device dependant (same account cannot use app on server and workstation) and wanted to remove google authenticator 2FA but it seems it is still required - although I've set to none in DVLS server options and on the user settings. But we all get the app windows comming up. Any idea? where did it "tatoo" the configuration?

Hello,

Could you please go in Administration - General - Security and check if the Force application security with Google Authenticator is enabled?
If so, please disable it and this should do the trick.

(I didn't even notice my user was read only and I could see all the settings :-))
