Import Entries from KeePass

I have attempted to follow the manual and the online documentation, but all documentation I can locate looks NOTHING like the Password Vault application, so the documentation is completely irrelevant and utterly unhelpful. One would think that when you click import, and point to the CSV file, it would import the CSV file. Nothing like that happens, though. I'm pretty stuck and ready to give up on Password Vault as unusable. If anyone can help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I have exported all entries from my existing KeePass application to a CSV file. I am only using the Free version of Password Vault, because I want to evaluate it for whether or not I am going to recommend this for corporate use to my company. The Import function, when pointed to the CSV file imports nothing whatsoever.
