Upgrade to 4.0 causes error

after the ugprade, we cannot connect to DVLS anymore.
I have sent an error report to you. I hope you can help quickly...

Additional Info: I get several Web exceptions and the client sais "Server is not responding".
OK, I had to reinstall URL Rewrite:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22199424/there-was-an-error-while-performing-this-operation
Now everything works as expected.
