Connection to remote systems?

Support for NAT traversal or simplified connectivity over the internet is planned for the future. We understand the necessity of such a feature and will provide it as soon as possible.

good so see you have it already on your task list. were a bit obsessed this morning realizing that currently only lan connections are available.

any Idea on when to expect that feature?

I cannot really see the use (for me) without the ability to connect to machines off LAN or VPN.

I presume you will need a gateway server to handshake the connection or similar.

Our first release is a VNC alternative. Please keep in mind that we have to start somewhere. That's why it's only available on the LAN. We don't have a release date but I can't tell you that we have a lot of people working on it.
