What port do I need to open on my home firewall in order to connect to my personal PC?

The Wayk Now default port is 4489. Future versions will make it configurable in the UI, otherwise you can manually edit the SourcePort field in %AppData%/Wayk/WaykNow.cfg. On the client, you can specify a custom port in the Target ID field like this: hostname:port.
