Private Vault Missing

Hello,

If you look at the list of users, do you see some that look duplicated? If you do not set the domain when you login there may be an inconsistency.

The Private Vault is tied in to the user account, its not lost.

Thanks for the update Maurice. That may be the case. There are two user names. One domain\username and one with domain.com\username. I checked both of them, and neither one have the private store associated with them.

that is a symptom of the issue, if you set a "description" on the user account, you will see that we always fall back to the same one.

If you send your email to the support address, I will establish a session and fix this.
