Cannot Upgrade - Pausing at Starting upgrade... Backing up the configuration...

Hello

I initiated an update of our server to 2.5 and it went through the process and just got stuck. So I pressed upgrade again (cause it was available to click) and it started over and just stays at

Starting upgrade...
Backing up the configuration...

I tried rebooting and even manually installing .net 4.5 but unfortunately no luck same thing.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Sorry about the delay.

It seems like an issue with the application itself, I will try to reproduce it.

I cannot reproduce on my machine

That step tries to copy the web.config to

%TMP%\RDM\Server\Config\web.config

Can you have a look to see if theres a locked file of that name?

I will perform an update on a server to see if I can reproduce
