Remote Desktop Manager Server Help

I'm trying to install Remote Desktop Manager Server. I have followed the installation instructions and believe that I followed them correctly.

When I get to step 12.You can test the server installation by opening the URL. e.g.: http://localhost/RDMS.

I get a HTTP Error 500.21 Internal Server Error.
Handler "PageHandlerFactory-Integrated" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list.

Error Code 0x8007000d


Any help would be appreciated.
