My company has been happily using RDMO with no issues with 8.4. However, with 9.0.0 through 9.0.3 (haven't tested 9.0.4 yet) whenever we connect to our RDMO datasource, random sessions or credentials will be missing. Additionally, random folders will display as the "Group/Folder" type when most have been changed to the "Customer" type.
Holding ctrl and clicking the refresh button will change which sessions, credentials, and folders are effected. All the information seems to be present in the online datasource but it is not displaying correctly in RDM.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I've just tested 9.0.4 and the issue is present with that version as well.
What caching mode are you using?

I'm using Intelligent caching with Read/write offline mode as in your screenshot. Cool paper rip effect on the screenshot btw.
We use Snagit (http://www.techsmith.com/) :-)
I would need some more diagnostic information:
- File -> Options -> Advanced -> set the Debug Level to 200
- Help -> Diagnostics -> Launch Profiler
- CTRL + refresh the data source
- Post using code tags [co-de][/co-de] (remove the "-") (code tags keep will help with the formatting)

Could you send or post a few screen shots of the session mix-up and highlight a few odd sessions/folders.
Edit - Screenshots removed per supervisors request
This first screenshot shows a folder that should be displaying as a Customer object but is displaying as a Group/Folder object. It also shows a missing credential entry named "TCI Sonicwall VPN User"
This second screenshot is after a refresh. As you can see, the folder is still displaying incorrectly but the credential entry is back.
This final screenshot is after refreshing again. As you can see, the session folder is displaying properly but the credential folder is not. Also, the "TCI Dtek Domain Admin" credential and "TCIExchange" session is gone.
It's a rather odd issue. All the data is there just not all at the same time.

Thank you for the screen shots. I have an idea what it might be. I will investigate and get back to you.
After many private messages we were able to pinpoint the bug. Thank you myadon.
Short explanation : When using "Default" or "Basic" Security Providers the multi-thread loading caused some sessions not to decrypt properly hence "disappear" from UI.
The issue has been resolved as of (11/11/2013) and will be available in the next release.
Thanks for all your hard work on this Stefane! It was truly top notch support.
v126.96.36.199 has been released and is available here: http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download
@myadon - Please re-enable multi-thread loading and let me know how if it works for you.
I have verified that the issue is no longer present in 188.8.131.52 with multi-thread loading enabled. Thanks again for all your hard work on this!
