Hey,

we are trying to use the Dameware Remote Control Plugin. When I connect to a client the connections works fine but I just see a grey screen (Embbeded as Tab).
Only External View is working correctly. Any idea why this happens?

Which version of Dameware are you connecting to?
And was it working with a previous version?

I don't know we are using RDM since 2 days. We are using version 12.1.0.96

When testing with the trial version of Dameware (12.1.0.34) it works perfectly fine. Since we don't have access to the full version, would you be able to send us a video of the issue so that we can have your exact settings and see exactly what's happening ?
