Active add-ons in the new version. 2019.2.16.0.

Hello.
Since the last update 2019.2.16.0.
The add-ons activated in the old installation are not active.
But the templates I made for them are there as names.
When you decide to use it, RDM reports a server connection error and wants to activate offline mode.
If you refuse it comes out in error:

Hello,

What version were you using prior to updating to 2019.2.16.0?
Could you verify if the add-ons are enabled in Tools > Add-on Manager?

For the error itself we will open a ticket and take a look at what's happening.

Did you try enabling the add-ons in the Add-on Manager? If you have, do you still reproduce the issue afterwards?
