Can not register RDM free version

Hi,

I am on a Mac(Mojave 10.10.6), running the free version 2019.1.8.0.
The registration window pops up every time I start RDM.
When I try to register, selecting Use registration from Devolutions Cloud and press OK, nothing happens.
If I select Close Application, I can use RDM with no issues. But the counter for days left till I need to register keeps counting down.
Same thing happen if I chose Register Product from the Help tab.
Any suggestions?
I am behind a proxy, but I have set it up for 80 and 443.

I've moved your post to the RDM Mac board.

There seems to be an issue with the "Use registration from Devolutions Cloud" option. I'll investigate this and get back in touch with you.

Hi,

The issue was fixed since the release of RDM Free 2019.1.8.0. If you are willing to use a preview version, here is one that should contain the fix:

I tried installing the one you linked to.
Now I got a error message when I try to register:

Hi,

I can't reproduce on my side. Could it have possibly only been a connection error? Could your internet have been down at the time? Have you tried since? Do you still have this error?

Can you describe exactly what happens? Are you prompted for the Cloud authentication?

Hi,

I got it working now.
Looks like it was a proxy issue.
I switched over to WiFi for for the registration, and it went trough without any problems.

Glad to hear it! Maybe your proxy blocks some address? You should probably add devolutions.net in the exceptions?
