In 3.2.1 when attempting to log in with my Devolutions credentials to register my machine with my Wayk Now account, I see the following prompt and then nothing else happens. Clicking the link does nothing, nor does manually logging into Devolutions anything via my browser.

I'm sorry to hear that isn't working.

The authorization window should open your default browser to the proper link. Clicking the "login" link should do the same thing. Logging in manually won't help since the app needs to open a special URL with a specific parameter in it.

It's very strange that nothing happens - not even your browser opening.

Can you check if that functionality is generally not working for you? There a few places in the client where we ask the shell to open a web browser:

- In the Help > About Wayk Now window, there is a link to our website
- Help > Online Help
- Help > Online Forum
- Help > Purchase Product

Can you try one of those links and let me know if it opens the proper page in your default browser?

A reboot fixed it.

Prior to this issue I had upgraded to the latest version. I believe the service wasn't running or some other small issue. Sorry!
