SSH Shell Authentication Question

I've recently switched from using Putty sessions to the SSH Shell session type there's one thing that I haven't been able to figure out. When you have an incorrect password specified in a Putty session, you get the failure prompt and can then just type in the correct password for that user. Is there anything similar for SSH Shell? The default behavior of just closing the window is not very intuitive and leaving the window open just show's access denied.

Hi,

Right now, this is not possible, but I will add this behaviour to match Putty. The new SSH shell has been in use for quite some time on RDM for Mac and this issue was never raised so I overlooked it while making the Windows version.

Thanks for your input!

Hello,

The change has been made internally. It will be available in the next release of RDM, 2019.1.19.0.

Installed the new version and verified it now prompts for a password. Thanks for the amazingly quick turnaround on this!
