Support for Check Point Smart Console only works up to R77.30, but ours are running R80.10.
Is it possible to get this updated?
Would it be possible for you to go under File -> Options -> Path -> Configure Path -> Select "CheckPointSmartConsole" then click on the "Ellipsis" button to select your executable file?
Doing so should allow you to use a more recent version of the console without having any issues. If the issue persist, could you please provide me the following information:
1- Your RDM Version
2- Your type of Data Source
3-The new name of your "CheckPointSmartConsole" executable file
