VPN issue with Management Tools => Remote management

Hello,

we have a small issue regarding the VPN and the Remote management feature.

The session is configured to inherited the VPN settings. This works fine for the session (RDP) itself but not for the Remote management.

If you open the remote management URL, the VPN connects fine, but after closing the VPN stays.

The VPN on the parent folder is configured like this:
Open: Connect if unable to ping/scan
Close: Confirm disconnect

We've tested this behaviour in 14.1.3.0 and 2019.1.17.0

Hi Min and Jeff,

Any update on this case?
We see almost the same thing; connecting to a session (web or RDP) goes fine and opens up the VPN, but disconnecting does not always give a prompt for VPN disconnect. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
We use a variety of both VPN types Custom (with a powershell script) and Microsoft VPN (with a rasphone.pkb file).


Running 2019.1.21.0 currently and had it for a while now (also in older versions).
Enterprise Edition with Microsoft SQL.
Several users and several computers have the same issue.
