sometimes the password linked to our email just doesn’t work. It doesn’t even work if I try to login on the website.
I must each time reset it and set a new one.
Would it be possible that you might be using your Devolutions Cloud account on more than one RDM instances? Usually, your Devolutions Cloud Account get locked after an invalid password has been entered 3 times. Once locked, a password reset need to be requested in order to unlock your account.
What I would recommend is that you enter your new password on all of your devices once it is reset.
Also, is it possible that you also contacted us on that matter using the email@example.com address?
