Error setting up Spiceworks Sychronizer in RDM - A template is required!

I am having trouble setting up a Spiceworks Synchronizer in RDM for Windows Enterprise Edition version 14.1.1.0 64-bit. Basically, when I try to create the synchronizer it keeps asking me for a Template to use ("A template is required!"). I don’t have a separate template, I only have whatever RDM came with by default.
What do I need to do to get past this requirement?

@everyone,

Richard and I chatted together regarding this post and the EC2 synchronizer doesn't ask for a template when saving and he would like to have the Spiceworks synchronizer work the same way.

I will verify with our engineering department and keep you informed by replying in this thread.

Best regards,

@everyone,

Our engineering department will have a look at our Spiceworks synchronizer integration and verify if we can modify/update our integration to make it similar to the EC2 synchronizer.

The ticket number is DEVO-1512.

I'll keep you post on the development regarding this.

Best regards,

Hello,

We are waiting for our IT team to build us the proper environment so that we can test and validate if we can modify the synchronizer to make it similar to the EC2 synchronizer.

Sorry for the delay.

Have a nice weekend!
