Is it possible to prompt a user before logging onto a server the Helpdesk Call number and then to record this call number in the Log Comments?
Properties of sessions -> Logs -> Prompt for comment on open, which will allow you to enter a comment
You can make it mandatory by ticking Open comment is required.
We do have a feature coming to integrate with ticketing systems, but AFAIK it would be only in our Privileged Access Management features of our Devolutions Password Server.
