I am looking to see if their is a way to push configurations from our MDM (airwatch).

The platform offers the capability if the app itself accepts it...

What I am looking at doing is pushing profile configurations removing the local data source etc....

Do you provide this information? Or does the app even offer this integration?

Currently we are using apple devices (11.4+) and testing android as well but primarily iphone
Thanks

Hi,

The app doesn't currently support MDM but we are currently exploring some ways to make it work.

If you are able to edit the app config file from the MDM, you can remove existing data sources and replace them with your own.

Mathieu,

You mention editing the "app config", do you have a template or documentation for the mobile app config values that are built into the app? Without a list of defined key pairs and value types there is no way for us to do this.

Thanks

Hi Matthew,

There's a config file in the app library folder named RemoteDesktopManager.cfg which contains the list of data sources.

It looks like this :

Screen+Shot+2018+10+26+at+9.05.00+AM

If the MDM allows your to replace file in the app library folder you could replace it with your own configuration file.

Best regards
