2FA - email to sms

Hi guys,
we wanted to implement 2FA through email but the caveat is that we then send the email RDM sends to a email to sms gateway.
Now, it works fantastic when activating 2FA for the user on the console, the email that is sent goes through the gateway fine and it ends up as an sms on the user phone.
But it doesn´t when the same user is opening the RDM client.
Accordingly to our observations, the email sent when activating 2FA is of a diferent format from the one sent when a user is accessing through the RDM client.
Can you guys make it all the same, keep the same format as the email sent on 2FA activation?
We know of the use of Twillio but is a payed service on a structure where we have everything in place.
Thank you for your time.

Hello Ricardo,
I will ask our team to contact you. I would like to understand what you mean. I don't know why for you it's 2 different formats.

Hi David,
Thank you for that.
Indeed, accordingly to our IT team, there are two, different in format, emails.
One when you first enable 2FA on the console, it will send a email with a code.
Another when, the user, logs in using the Remote Desktop Manager Client to a database source, and of course, 2FA gets in action.
For our sms gateway, the first format, works. The parser will deal with it and is able to send an sms.
Can´t so the same with the second format.
Nobody contacted us yet but i will open a case with support.
Thanks

Hi David,
This one is what we get when you activate 2FA

HTML code:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"><html>

<body>
<p>Your validation code is 867281</p>
</body>
</html>

This is what you get from RDM when you are waiting for a 2FA validation code.
