No more RDP session possible as administrator

Hello, since one of the last update, RDP sessions are no longer possible with an administrator@domain.local account.
Even a login with domain\administrator is no longer possible.
Does this error also occur with other users?

Hi,

We made some changes to the way we handle the username. We added a section called miscellaneous where you can change the username format.
It is located here :

Can you try changing it to {User}@{Domain}?

Hi,

Can you send me the rdp logs to mmorrissette@devolutions.net?

Here are the steps :

1: enable them by going into Settings->RDP->Enable logging
2: try connecting to your server.
3: a file named RDP_LOG.log will be created in the file repository which can be accessed by going in Settings->File Repository
4: make sure to disable logging afterward because it can have a big impact on performance.

Also could you tell me what kind of server are you trying to connect to?
