Problem after Upgrading to Version 4.7.1.0

Hi,

yesterday I updated DevolutionServer from 4.0.7 to 4.7.1.0 and RDM from 12.0.6.0 to 13.0.6.0
The Update ran fine, just one 404 Error(i think cause of newer RDM to old devolution) but Update said successful.

Today the users got the new version on their clients and now we have some problems.
Sometimes they lose connection and need to close RDM and restart.
Error-message:

Details der Fehlermeldung:
Devolutions.RemoteDesktopManager.Business.TryGoOfflineException: DVLS server is not responding.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

Hello,

Did you upgrade RDM before or after upgrading DVLS on the server where DVLS is hosted?

Best regards,

Hi,

first I upgraded the RDM Client on the DVLS Host, then opened the DVLS Console with the new Client to upgrade the DVLS.

Hello,

Could you please send us the DVLS Diagnostic report?

Report send.

Clock2 yrs

Hello,

Thank you for the diagnostic report.

Are you able to log in on the web interface of your DVLS instance?

Best regards,

Yes the login is working and I see all connections.
I investigated that the problem might be related to changes on the security groups.
When i add an new security group or edit one, our users lose connection to RDM with the error above.

Hello,

This is a really strange issue. I tried to reproduce the same behavior but unsuccessfully.

I saw in your diagnostic report that the Valid Token Time value is set to 1. Could you please increase that value? This could help to resolve your issue.
Please consult the following online help page for more information about it.
