when the cache is turned on, there are no records in the app
when the cache is off, the records appear (intelligent cache)

Hello,

Since the last solution that we spoke of in our last email didn't worked :

''In order to solve your issue, you will have to go to ToolsManage CacheActions – Click on Analyze, Then Vacuum, Repair, Clear Output and Delete
After this, change your caching mode back to ‘’Disable’’ and after this change it to ‘’Intelligent’’ this should solve the issue. ''

The multiple emails and tries before did not resolve to a solutions. In regard to this we would like to do a remote session to solve the caching mode issue. Could you please confirm if you would like to do a session.

issue is resolved by creating a new database
i must have ticked something when creating the old one. maybe i prevented offline mode or caching by some selection i wasn't aware of
