error when importing user

hello, i upgraded to DVLS 4.7 and i get an error when i try to import users from ldap.
we had an issue that a login via domain account did not work and we needed an ldap-account with full read rights in the AD.
after that it worked (at least for tests).
the past few weeks new colleagues have joint the company and i would like to imort them...

Hello,

I am unable to reproduce your issue.

Could you please send us the DVLS Diagnostic report? You can send it from the Advanced menu on the DVLS Console.
