RDPv10 including AVC 4:4:4/H.264 support

RDM claims RDP 8.1 support, but it is not clear if that means AVC/H.264 support too.
Since Windows 10/Server 2016 has been out for a while now, I would like to see RDP v10 support in the software.

This is not just for videos, but also for clearer text.

By default we use the Microsoft ActiveX and if Microsoft add the required settings in the component, we should be able to support it easily.
