Add Refactor and Delete options to menu bar when right clicking an object

I am developing a template for our support team and would like to have the option to change connection type on the fly or as quickly as possible without going through the menu or ribbon bar. It would be faster to have the option available when right clicking an object. I would also like to have the Delete option readily available as well.
