I can connect fine from a Windows box using the exact same credentials. I'm running version 4.1.0.0. The error says:

I should add that the "Test Server" and "Test Database" buttons both work and say successful when I click them.

Clock3 yrs

Hello,

What type of data source are you using?

Could you post a print screen of your data source configuration (File -> Data Sources).

Best regards,

SQL server. I don't want to reveal any site specific information so I've changed the host, domain, and user but everything else is the same.

Hello,

In the Server field, could you try to enter the IP address of the SQL Server instead of the hostname.

In the Domain field, could you just enter domain instead of domain.com.

Best regards,

Same results. The test buttons are successful but the error message is the same when trying to connect to the Data Source.

Clock3 yrs

Hello,

On RDM Windows, you are using Integrated Security right?

Best regards,

Correct, but on Windows when you use Integrated security it doesn't ask for user credentials like the Mac version does.

Clock3 yrs

Hello,

Exactly, Integrated Security is not hanlded the same way on a mac computer.

I would need to verify this error with our engineering department and get back to you.
